Located in the heart of the Dolomites, Rotari Brut is made only with Chardonnay grapes in the traditional Metodo Classico style. It is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay expresses best its fresh and fruity character, the Rotari Brut is fragrant, intense and elegant. It is best as an aperitif, but ideal with all meals where a sparkling wine is desired.
The wine blog www.goodcheapvino.com says about this wine; “When you pour this wine in the glass and take your first sniff, you get a good and delicious mineral, yeasty smell and then citrus flavors. This sparkler is full of great flavors and soft on the tongue. It goes down easily. If you serve this sparkling wine to your guests, they will surely want to know what they are drinking so they can buy some. It is that good!”
