Chocolate Strawberries with: Hallie Baker

According to Turtle Alley Chocolates, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries is one of their most popular requests. Now that you have learned how to temper chocolate, it is time to dip in whatever it is you desire. Strawberries are one of our most popular requests, so let's do those. Be sure before dipping your strawberries they have been rinsed and patted dry. If there’s too much moisture on them, the chocolate is likely to have a harder time staying on. Remember, oil and water don’t mix.
